Since it also involve a big amount of investment, that’s why it has become a crucial task for a businessman. Apart from this, Stamp duty as applicable will also need to pay by buyer on such land.
But don’t worry ! Now there is good scheme for you. The State of Haryana has giving the benefits of refund of stamp duty paid by you for buying business purpose land.
Let’s know some brief of such incentives schemes:
1.Who can Take the benefit of Stamp Duty Refund:
If you are in manufacturing business or in service sector then you can take the benefit of stamp duty subject to following basic conditions:
- Your business should not be fall out in restrictive list of Haryana State Govt.
- Must have the CLU/NOC on such land (if applicable)
- Unit must have started commercial production/services.
- Must be registered under MSME Act. (Udyam Registration)
2. Stamp Duty Refund:
Stamp Duty refund shall be depend on location of your land. The state has classified the whole state in four categories i.e Block A, Block B, Block C and Block D. To know more the about block, download the list of Block.

You can submit the application for refund with in 3 months from the date of commencement of commercial production/services.
