In Series of KIP: Business and Subsidy Update, today we are going to share with benefits of Standard Incentive Packages for Warehousing And Logistics in “RAJASTHAN INVESTMENT PROMOTION SCHEME 2024 ON WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS”
Objective:
The State aims to enhance the thriving business sectors in Rajasthan by providing strong industrial infrastructure through the development of logistics facilities and supporting the development of private industrial parks. The development of logistics facilities and private industrial parks is crucial to fostering economic growth in Rajasthan.
The Policy offers incentives across two categories under Industrial Infrastructure –
- Logistics Infrastructure
- Private Industrial Parks
Applicability:
The incentives under this Section shall be applicable to new units:
- Sub-segments within “Logistics Infrastructure” listed below.
Warehouse, Silo, Cold Storage, Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP), Integrated Logistics Park (ILP), Inland Container Depots (ICDs), Container Freight Station (CFS), Air Freight Station (AFS), Cargo Terminal Trucker Park
- Private Industrial Park
Eligibility:
Minimum EFCI required to avail incentives under this Section is outlined below:

Commencement & Applicability:
The operative period of the Policy shall be till 31st March 2029 from the 08th October, 2024 or till a new policy is notified, whichever is earlier.
