RAJASTHAN INVESTMENT PROMOTION SCHEME 2024
Dear-Businessman/Investors,
In Series of KIP: Business and Subsidy Update, today we are going to share with benefits of Asset Creation Incentive for MSME Enterprises in RAJASTHAN INVESTMENT PROMOTION SCHEME 2024.
Objective:
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises form the backbone of Rajasthan’s industrial ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in driving inclusive economic growth, fostering innovation, and generating employment across diverse sectors. Rajasthan’s rich tradition of craftsmanship, coupled with the resilience of its MSMEs, positions the sector as a key driver in enhancing the state’s export potential and integrating it into global value chains.
Quantum of Assistance:
- Investment Subsidy: Enterprises shall be eligible for a reimbursement of 75% of State tax due and deposited for 10 years.
Eligible Entities:
Under this scheme incentives can avail by an entity/organisation such as Proprietary, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd. Company, Public Ltd., LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) and Co-operative society etc.
Eligibility:
- MSMEs with an EFCI exceeding INR 25 crores. may choose to avail the benefits designated:
- Under MSME category, or
- Under Manufacturing category, basis Large project category (for investments in range INR 50-300 crores) or
- Under Services category, basis Large project category.
- Total incentives for MSMEs availing incentives under this Section shall be capped at INR 5 crores annually.
Applicability:
The operative period of the Policy shall be till 31st March 2029 from the date of issuance, or till a new policy is notified, whichever is earlier.
