Objective:
The objectives of the Industrial Development Policy 2024–30 focuses on fostering comprehensivegrowth across sectors in various development blocks of Chhattisgarh, aligning with the vision of“Amrit Kaal: Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047.” The policy aims to create an investor-friendly

environment, streamline administrative processes, and encourage the development of industriesbased on local resources and advanced technologies. Additionally, it seeks to leverage the state’sgeographic advantages and natural resources to establish Chhattisgarh as a hub of industrial andeconomic progress.
Quantum of Assistance:
- Quality Certification Subsidy : New and existing micro, small, and medium enterprisesestablished by entrepreneurs in the general category in the state will be reimbursed 50 percentof the expenses incurred for obtaining:
- ISO-9000, ISO-14000, ISO-18000, ISO-22000, BIS certification, ZED certification,
- Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) certification,
- LEBP certification in the field of renewable energy, Agmark, Euro standards, or other similarnational/international certifications.
- The maximum reimbursement for each certification will be ₹10 lakh.
- Technical Patent Subsidy : New and existing micro, small, and medium enterprises establishedby entrepreneurs in the general category in the state will be encouraged to obtain successfullyregistered and approved patents based on their original work/research.
- Reimbursement of 50 percent of the expenses incurred for each patent will be provided, up to amaximum of ₹20 lakh.
Eligible Entities:
Under this scheme incentives can avail by an entity/organisation such as Proprietary, Partnership,Pvt. Ltd. Company, Public Ltd., LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) and Co-operative society etc.
Fixed Capital Investment:
Fixed Capital Investment” refers to the investments made for the establishment of a newenterprise, expansion/modernization/ substitution of existing enterprises (where applicable),including investment in land/land development, shed-building construction, installation of newplants and machinery, electricity supply, water supply, and boundary wall constructio
Commencement and Applicability:
The Industrial Development Policy 2024–30 will be effective from 1 November 2024 till 31 March2030.
