Note: Bidders are required to dismantle any defunct open plinths or structures at the site, with all associated costs or savings accounted for in their quoted bid rate.
Successful bidders are obligated to construct godowns to FCI specifications as detailed in the Model Tender Form (MTF).
Contractors remain responsible for engineering maintenance covering:
The maintenance responsibility will continue for 10 years.
Constructed capacities will remain owned, managed, controlled, and supervised by FCI at all times.
Bidders competing for more than one tender must hold a combined net worth not less than the total net worth required across all submitted bids.
Tender validity is set for 90 days from T + 21 days, with an optional 45-day extension at FCI’s discretion.
