- Submit at least three purchase orders executed during the last five years.
- Provide audited financial statements for the previous three financial years.
- Submit customer performance certificates.
Be registered on the Government’s SAMARTH Portal.
Biomass Pellet Quality Specifications
OPGCL has specified technical standards for the pellets:
- Raw Material: Agro and crop residue
- Maximum Diameter: 25 mm
- Moisture Content: Up to 14%
- Bulk Density: Minimum 600 kg/m³
- GCV Range: 3400 to 4500 kcal/kg
- Volatile Matter: Below 22%
- Fines Content: Maximum 5%
