HAFED has invited online bids for hiring PEG Godown on “Lease only” or “Lease with Services”, at specified location in Haryana.

Here important point is that only who can participate in HAFED Warehouse Tender who have already constructed Godown/Warehouse. The parties which are interested to construct new warehouse, can’t participate in this tender.
For your kind information, we are sharing herewith the key points related to this tender are as:
A. Who Can Apply under HAFED Warehouse Tender in Haryana:
The Person who have owned constructed warehouse can apply under HAFED Warehouse Tender .
The owners of existing PEG Godown can offer their Godown for hiring to HAFED Warehouse Tender, as per existing conformity i.e. Godown originally hired on ‘lease only’ basis must be offered for rehiring on ‘lease only’ basis and as such the Godown originally hired on ‘lease with services’ basis be offered on ‘lease with services’ basis only.
The Warehouse on leased land can be considered. Bidder must have registered lease deed for a period of minimum Five (5) years from date of hiring.

A bidder can apply for Minimum Capacity of 2500 MT.
D. Last date of Tender Filing: 18th April 2023
HAFED Warehouse Tender should be submitting through online Bid (GEM Portal). So Bidder must be registered on GeM Portal.
E. WDRA Registration For HAFED Warehouse Tender in Haryana :
The bidder must have the WDRA Registration for The Warehouse offered. However, the bidders who have applied for WDRA registration shall also be eligible to participate in the tender provided that the registration process shall be completed within three months from the date of award of work.

Note: WDRA Registration is mandatory for Godown lease with Services only. It is not required for Lease only Godown.
F. Hiring Period:
The initial period of hiring shall be two years extendable by one year.
G. EMD Money:
EMD @ Rs. 20/- Per MT of the capacity offered by the tenderer is required to be submitted in this tender.
Note- Bidders are not required to deposit EMD through GEM Portal rather Bidders have to deposit the EMD @Rs.20/- per MT on-line in the Bank A/c of HAFED.
H. Security Deposit:
(Applicable only for Lease with Services Godown)
Bidder need to deposit The Security amount equivalent to 3% of the value of the contract i.e. rate payable for the guarantee periods (two years) after the execution of Agreement with FCI .
Bidder can deposit it in the form of irrevocable and unconditional ‘Bank Guarantee’ issued by scheduled Commercial Bank notified by RBI (excluding all urban/Rural/State co-operative Banks and Gramin Banks) in the prescribed format.
The validity of the ‘Bank Guarantee’ should be 6 months beyond the contract period. If you want get the benefit of HAFED Warehouse Tender for Lease with Services Godown

I. Rate of Hiring and Revision:
The revision in rates @33% of WPI Change may be made applicable for Lease with Service Godown.
