FOOD CORPORTAION OF INDIA (Haryana Region) or we can say FCI Warehouse Tender In Haryana has invited tender of Warehousing for storage (Lease with services) under Private Warehousing Scheme (PWS – 2010). So if you are having any vacant Godown/Warehouse then it is the right time to grab this business opportunity.
Here important point is that only who can participate in tender of warehouse in Haryana are those who have already constructed Godown/Warehouse. The parties which are interested to construct new warehouse, can’t participate in this tender.
For your kind information, we are sharing herewith the key points related to this tender are as:
The Person who have owned constructed warehouse.
The Warehouse on leased land can be considered. Bidder must have registered lease deed for a period of minimum three (3) years from date of hiring.
Bids received from the parties who are willing to acquire the warehouse by way of ownership/Registered Lease deed (for minimum three years) within 15 days from the date of acceptance of E-tender for hiring of warehouse can also be considered.
An undertaking for the same or we an say that if any person want FCI Warehouse Tender in Haryana has to be furnished by the bidder at the time of submission of bid on stamp paper. EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited in case of failure to acquire the godown and submit the lease documents to FCI within 15 days.
A Bidder can apply for Minimum Capacity of 2500 MT.
Tender of warehouse should be submitting through online Bid (GEM Portal). So Bidder must be registered on GeM Portal.
The bidder must have the WDRA Registration for The Warehouse offered. However, the bidders who have applied for WDRA registration shall also be eligible to participate in the tender of warehouse provided that the registration process shall be completed within three months from the date of award of work.

EMD @ Rs. 20/- Per MT of the capacity offered by the tenderer is required to be submitted in this tender.
If any person want this tender then bidder need to deposit The Security amount equivalent to 3% of the value of the contract i.e. rate payable for the guarantee periods (two years) after the execution of Agreement with FCI.
Bidder can deposit it in the form of irrevocable and unconditional ‘Bank Guarantee’ issued by scheduled Commercial Bank notified by RBI (excluding all urban/Rural/State co-operative Banks and Gramin Banks) in the prescribed format.
The validity of the ‘Bank Guarantee’ should be 6 months beyond the contract period.
The revision in rates @33% of WPI Change may be made applicable after completion of initial Two years guarantee period.
