(CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD) Expression of Interest (EoI)
Central Pollution Control Board (hereinafter called “CPCB”), invites proposals from potential bidders to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) for “Development and Operation of Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Certificates” as per the Guidelines on Authorization of EPRETP Operator and Functioning of EPRETP published by CPCB (https://cpcb.nic.in/cpcb-technical-guidelines-sops/).
For the implementation of above services, all eligible bidders should submit their proposals in all respects through e-tendering website – https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app directly after carefully going through detailed terms and conditions of e-tendering.
Bidder shall submit the EOI proposal within prescribed date and time, complete in all respect as per the Bid Information sheet.
1. The complete EOI Documents are at https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app and CPCB’s website at http://cpcb.nic.in. Interested bidders shall download the EoI Document from the above website. Available.
2. CPCB reserves the right to cancel/ withdraw this invitation for proposal without assigning any reason and shall bear no liability whatsoever consequent upon such a decision.
DISCLAMIER:
- Though adequate care has been taken while preparing the EOI Document, the Bidders shall satisfy themselves that the document is complete in all respects. Intimation of any discrepancy shall be given to this office immediately. If no intimation is received from any Bidder within seven (7) days from the date of notification of EOI, it shall be considered that the EOI Document is complete in all respects and has been received by the Bidder.
- CPCB reserves the right to modify, amend or supplement this EOI Document including all formats and Annexures. Bidders are required to visit the websites for the updates from time to time.
- While this EOI has been prepared in good faith, neither CPCB nor their employees or advisors make any representation or warranty, express or implied, or accept any responsibility or liability, whatsoever, in respect of any statements or omissions herein, or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, and shall incur no liability under any law, statute, rules or regulations as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of this EOI, even if any loss or damage is caused by any act or omission on their part.
