In Series of KIP: Business and Subsidy Update, today we are going to share with you benefit of Scheme for “Centrally Sponsored Scheme on Krishonnati Yojana – Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH)”
Objects:
The scheme aims to facilitate the Development of Commercial Horticulture through Production and Post-Harvest Management of Horticulture Crops. Commercial Horticulture Development in open field conditions on project mode Commercial Horticulture Development in protected cover on project mode. Integrated Post Harvest Management projects
Pattern of Assistance:
Integrated Post Harvest Management projects under NHD (National Horticulture Department) Scheme:
Primary Processing of Fruits, vegetables, Flowers, Aromatic plants (Distillation unit) and Cashew:
Credit linked back-ended subsidy @ 35% of the cost of project in general areas and 50% of cost in case Hilly States, NE Region & Scheduled areas and cost norms of Rs.20 Lakh per unit.
Eligible Entities:
Organizations/promoters, such as Association of Growers, Individuals, group of farmer growers/consumers, Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs,) Partnership/Proprietary Firms, Self Help groups (SHGs), NGOs, Companies, Corporations, Cooperatives, Co-operative Marketing Federations, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committees, Marketing Boards/Committees, Municipal Corporations/ Committees, Agro Industries Corporations, SAU’s and other concerned R&D organizations are eligible to get assistance under all the NHB schemes.
Applicability:
This policy will be valid for the financial year 2024-25 or till the time any new policy/amendment is introduced by Government of India, whichever is later.
Eligible Criteria:
- Letter of Comfort (LoC) and Grant of Clearance (GoC) guidelines / requirements
- Cost of Application Form
- List of Documents to be enclosed and Prescribed formats
- Format for subsidy claim by Bank/FI with a request for conducting Joint Inspection of the Project. (Old Scheme)
- Project completion certificate
- Date wise TL Disbursment Certificate format
- New RTGS form Aadhar link wiht SRFA
- TL Verification format
- CA Expenditure Statement / Certificate.
- Undertaking format alongwith subsidy claim
