Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) – Expression of Interest (EoI)
Submit EoI for CWC and Get a chance to earn Fixed Rental Income.
Dear Businessman/Investors,
If you have owned Warehouse/Godown or want to Construct New Warehouse then there is a good news for you.
CWC is interested to hire godowns at various locations in the States of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh on long term basis.
The Last date of submission the EoI Documents is 28th June 2021.
- Who Can Apply:
Any Individual, Proprietary Firm, Partnership Firm and Company.
- Type of Hiring:
- Party can offer readily available Godown to CWC on hired basis.
- Party can offer Godown on hiring basis after construction on the vacant land in their possession to CWC within 6 Months.
- Preference:
Preference for hiring of Godown will be given to the locations nearer from the railway good shed/ National / State Highways.

Note: The tentative Capacity as indicated above may vary subjecting to the requirement of CWC. However, in no case shall the capacity be less than 5000MT.
- Fees:
No Any EMD and EOI Submission Fees is applicable.
- Land Requirement:
For new construction of warehouse (Standard Measurement)
First 5,000 MT capacity – 2 Acres. (approx.)
Further 1.7 acres additional land will be required for an increase of 5,000 MT capacity godown each.
Note: Land requirement may changed as per the norms of CWC.
- Rate of Renting:
CWC will execute a Fix Rental Contract with eligible party subject to offer capacity.
- Subsidy Benefits:
If tender has been allotted to you then you can get subsidy benefits on the construction cost of Godown.
- Capital Subsidy:
You may get Capital Subsidy @ 25% under Haryana Warehouse Policy or From NABARD @ 25%/33% as per eligibility of project.
- Interest Subvention:
Apart from capital Subsidy you can get benefit of Agriculture Infrastructure scheme of Government of India. Under this scheme you can get 3% Interest subvention on Term Loan Amount up to Rs. 2.00 Crores for a period of 7 Years.
