Quantum of Assistance for B Block in Haryana
- 25% of FCI (Fixed Capital Investment) upto Max. Rs. 15 Lacs.
- Fixed Capital Investment is the cost of Land, Building & new Machinery/ new Equipment used in the unit.
- Micro Enterprises having Investment in Plant & Machinery or Equipment upto 1 crore shall be eligible.
Note : Financial Assistance is reserved for First 20 units engaged in manufacturing of batteries for Electric Vehicles in each of the following segments :
- Two Wheelers, Three Wheelers, Four Wheelers, Buses, Heavy Vehicles.
Industries engaged in following manufacturing activities are eligible for this scheme :
- Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles –
- BEV – Battery Electric Vehicle : Vehicle which is powered by an electric motor whose traction energy is supplied by traction battery installed in the vehicle & has an Electric Regenerative Braking System.
- FCEV – Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle :A system like that of electric vehicles where energy stored as hydrogen is converted to electricity by fuel cell.
- Manufacturing of major Components (Parts) of Electric Vehicles which includes –
- Motor Controller, Electric Engine (motor)
- Regenerative Braking System
- Batteries and Cells (Li-ion, hydrogen or other hi-tech cells)
- Battery Management System (BMS)
- Electric Power Control Unit (EPCU)
- Battery Heating System
- On-board Charger (OBC)
- Electric Traction Motors and controllers
- Traction battery pack, Power inverter
- EV Charge Port
- Fuel Cell Control Unit
- Hydrogen gas injector for Hydrogen Fuel cells
- Control Valve for Hydrogen fuel cells
- Manufacturing of Batteries for Electric Vehicles & Manufacturing of Charging Infrastructure
Charging/Battery Equipment means equipment that is used to charge the batteries of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV)/Plug-in hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV)/ Strong Hybrid Electric Vehicle (SHEV).
Eligibility for B Block in Haryana:
- All New Industrial units shall be eligible.
- Existing units undertaking expansion/diversification /complete conversion with an additional investment of at least 50% of FCI (of the already established unit) in EV sector shall be eligible.

Applicability of Scheme for B Block in Haryana :
The scheme is applicable with effect from 10.07.2022 and shall remain in operation for a period of 5 years.
Time Limit to Apply
The enterprise shall submit its claim within 03 months of start of commercial production of the unit.
