Who Can Apply:
Any Individual/Partnership Firm/Company can apply in this tender.
Land:
Land may be either owned by Individual/Partner of Firm or on Registered Lease Deed for minimum period of 13 Years.
A Person who does not Owned or Registered Lease Deed for land but Intend to same by Ownership or Registered Lease Deed with in 120 days from the date of Acceptance Letter, can also apply in this tender by furnishing additional Bank Guarantee @ Rs. 100.00 Per MT.
EMD:
EMD need to be pay @ Rs. 20/- Per MT.
Capacity:
The minimum offered Godown Capacity should be 1670 MT. Godown may be constructed in Same premises in two or three smaller Godown if flat land is not available in Hilly Areas.

Land Specification Should be as:
- The land should preferably be within a radius of 8 KMs from the Tender Location.
- Land should be connected with National or State Highway with minimum width of 22 Ft.
- The land on which the godown is proposed to be constructed should not have a HT Line (11 KVA and above) passing over the proposed layout plan of the godown.
- Land should not be in flood or water logging prone area / zone.
- Polluting industries, Brick kiln, Petrol Pump/Gas Depot should not be in the vicinity of land.
Rate of Renting:
The rate of renting will be as per Price bid submitted by winner bidder with annual increment of 33% of Increased WPI.
Interest Subvention on Bank Term Loan:
If you take Bank Loan for Godown Construction then you can get benefit of Agriculture Infrastructure scheme of Government of India. Under this scheme you can get 3% Interest subvention on Term Loan Amount up to Rs. 2.00 Crores for a period of 7 Years.
NABARD Subsidy:
You can also take the benefit of Capital subsidy of NABARD @33% subject to maximum of Rs 133.20 lakhs
