Highlights of Haryana Budget 2023
- Per Capita Income in Haryana is 2.86 Lacs Per Year.
- 57800 Cr. is for Capital Expenditure Budget.
- No New Tax in Haryana in 2023-24
- DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) Method – 182 Scheme.

- Haryana GDP rate more than India total and expected to 5.6 percent during 22-23.
- Haryana per Captial income expected is 296000/- per person for 22-23.
- Total budget for Haryana is 183950 crore which is 11 percent more than previous year budget of Rs 164808 crore .
- Estimated deficit for Fy 23-24 is 2.9 percent for the state .
- Total estimated GST collection for Fy 23-24 is 120958 crore .
- State accounting board to set up during 23-24 which will increase transparency in working of state .
- A new scheme Deen dayal upadhyya Yojana to start to help needed families in case of death of family number in case family income less than 1.8 lakh per annum.

- In order to promote Mota Anmal ( मोटा अनाज) 27 crore incentive schemes to start in Fy 2023-24.
- State govt proposed to set up 4 new animal / veterinary hospitals to promote animal husbandry in state .
- State proposed to set up Honey quality testing lab to be set up.
- State govt proposed 8316 crore for farming , horticulture, fisheries and animal husbandry sector promotion during 23-24
- Startup Business – Venture Capital Fund of 200 Cr.
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) Training – 5000 Students
- Har Hit Store – Additional New 1500 Store will be open.
- 65000 New Jobs in Haryana
- Yoga Park – 1000 New Yoga Park shall be open in Haryana
- 1000 New E-Library shall be opened
- 22 New Bio Gas Plant shall be open.
- 7202 Cr. For Village Development.
- State govt proposed to set VCF ( venture capital fund ) to set up to promote start up in Haryana . For this purpose fund of Rs 2000 crore will be reserved . State govt will promote incubation centre in state and more incentives for women and ST/SC classes . Detailed notification will be issued soon in this regard.
- Haryana state govt will provide For small traders having turnover less than 1.5 crore मुख्यमन्त्री व्यापारिक शतीपूरति योजना to start from financial year 1.4.23.
- State has budgeted 1200 crore for set up ethanol plants.
- State govt has budgeted 400 crore for gaushala.
- State govt proposed to reserve 250 crore for Kaushal Vikas Yojana and training .
