Interest Subsidy For Warehouse in Haryana
Interest Subsidy on Term Loan taken for Setting-Up Warehouse” under Haryana Logistics, Warehousing and Retail Policy, 2019
This scheme provides subsidy on term loan taken by units setting up warehouse/godown in “C” & “D” category blocks of Haryana.
Warehouse can be defined as any premise which includes a place for storage and also equipped for providing handling, transportation as well as value added services such as sorting, grading, packaging, etc
Financial Assistance Available for warehouse
Financial assistance in the form of interest subvention @ 5% on term loan taken subject to a max. of Rs. 10 lakhs per year for a period of 3 years.
Minimum Area Norms for setting up of warehouses
- Warehouses to be developed in minimum of 2 acres.
- Warehouses should have a minimum approach road of 30 ft.
Eligibility
- Units which have started commercial production on or after the date of notification of Logistics, Warehousing & Retail Policy i.e. 09.03.2019 will be eligible for availing said incentive.
- Unit should have filed Udhyam Registration certificate.
- Units should be in regular operations at the time of disbursement also since the subsidy shall not be available to the closed unit.
- Unit should have obtained NOC/CLU from competent Authority, if applicable.
- Units to which loan has been sanctioned on or after the date of issuance of notification of the Logistics, Warehousing & Retail policy i.e. 09.03.2019 shall be eligible for interest subsidy.
- Units which have already availed incentive under Enterprise Promotion Policy – 2015 shall not be eligible to avail benefits under this scheme.
Applicability of Scheme:
The Scheme is applicable with effect from March 09, 2019 and shall remain in operation for a period of 5 years.
Time Limit to Apply to avail benefit of subsidy for Warehouse
Unit shall be entitled for the interest subsidy on term loan if it submits its claim within 03 months of the closing of the financial year of which incentive is being claimed.
