Logistics Park Classification Under Policy

The Maharashtra Logistics Policy classifies logistics parks into four categories based on land area and investment size:

1. Small Logistics Park

• Minimum Land Area: 5 acres
• Minimum Investment: ₹10 Crore
• Capital Subsidy: 20% (Maximum ₹2 Crore)

2. Logistics Park

• Minimum Land Area: 50 acres
• Minimum Investment: ₹100 Crore
• Capital Subsidy: 15% (Maximum ₹15 Crore)

3. Mega Logistics Park

• Minimum Land Area : 100 Acre
• Minimum Investment: ₹200 Crore
• Capital Subsidy: 15% (Maximum ₹30 Crore)

4. Ultra Mega Logistics Park

• Minimum Land Area: 200 acres
• Minimum Investment: ₹400 Crore
• Capital Subsidy: 10% (Maximum ₹40 Crore)

Interest Subsidy Benefits

If you are planning to take bank finance for your project, the policy provides interest subsidy benefits:

Inside Notified Logistics Park Area:

• Interest Subsidy: 3%
• Maximum Limit: ₹75 Lakhs per year
• Duration: 5 years

Outside Notified Area:

• Interest Subsidy: 2%
• Maximum Limit: ₹50 Lakhs per year
• Duration: 5 years

Stamp Duty Exemption

• Inside Logistics Park Area: 75% exemption
• Outside Area: 50% exemption

Technology Adoption Incentives

• 25% subsidy on technology investment
• Maximum Benefit: ₹1 Crore
