Dappar (SAS Nagar) – 20,000 MT – Rail Head: Dhulkot
Khamanon / Sanghol (Fategarh Sahib) – 20,000 MT – Rail Head: Khamanon
Sirhind / Chanarthal (Fategarh Sahib) – 20,000 MT – Rail Head: Sirhind
Bassi Pathana (Fategarh Sahib) – 10,000 MT – Rail Head: Bassi Pathana
Bidding System: Two bids – Technical + Price.
Important Dates :
- Tender Submission Last Date: 11 September 2025 (till 12:00 Noon)
- Technical Bid Opening: 11 September 2025 at 12:30 PM
- Tender Validity: 120 days.
Who Can Apply :
Landowners or those holding land/CAP premises on a registered lease deed for minimum 13 years.
Those willing to acquire land (ownership or lease) within 120 days after tender acceptance.
Must follow all government norms (CLU, building plan approval, safety requirements, etc.).
