- Contract Duration: 1 year
- Minimum Supply Offer: 50 MT per day
- Maximum Supply Offer: 150 MT per day
- 50% of the total tender quantity is reserved for Punjab-based manufacturers.
6 EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):
- ₹20 lakh for new applicants.
- Exemptions for those with a Permanent EMD Account with PSPCL or for public sector undertakings.
7 Pricing Bid:
- Online submission only.
- Pricing to be quoted per 1000 kcal, including packaging, freight, insurance, and GST.
- Reverse bidding option may be exercised by PSPCL.
8 Site Appraisal Requirement:
- For new suppliers who have never supplied to PSPCL before, a site inspection will be conducted before price opening.
- Site appraisal fees: ₹25,000 (Punjab units) or ₹50,000 (units outside Punjab).
