C. Eligibility & Conditions
1. For Lease With Services:
- WDRA registration mandatory (or to be completed within 3 months of award).
- Must offer comprehensive warehousing services: preservation, insurance, QC, firefighting, manpower, CCTV, DoS system, etc.
- GST is exempted for ‘lease with services’.
2. For Lease Only:
- Registration handled by nodal agency.
- Only basic infrastructure needed.
- GST @ 18% is applicable.
3. Minimum Capacity to Offer:
- 2500 MT (or 50000 bags of 50 kg)

- Rate escalation: Only applicable for “Lease with Services” godowns after 2 years, linked with 33% of WPI change.

D. Minimum Capacity
A bidder can apply for Minimum Capacity of 2500 MT.
E. Who Can Apply:
- Existing PEG godown owners.
- Entrepreneurs with warehouse infrastructure in specified Punjab districts.
- MSME units with WDRA registration or planning to register.
