 Dear Businessman/Investors,

 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) From Start Ups for registration with BPCL as “Door to Door Delivery Reseller” for the purpose of selling of Diesel from Retail outlets/Supply location of BPCL.

Last date for submission EoI is 30^th June 2021.

1. Who can Apply:

A Registered Partnership Firm or A Private Limited Company. For this Partnership Firm/Company must be registered as “ Start Up”.

2. Application Fees:

Non-refundable fee per application shall be Rs. 10,000/- + GST @ 18% i.e Total Amount of Rs. 11,800/-.

3. Security Deposit:

Interest free refundable security of Rs. 1.00 lacs shall be payable before signing the agreement.

4. Period of Agreement: 10 Years (With Extendable Clause)
5. Submission of EoI :

EoI shall be digitally signed and submitted online. No Physical EoI shall be accepted.

6. Applicant need to take consent from Dealer who is ready to give Diesel to Him. (Nearest Location).
7. Estimated Investment:

Estimated Fixed Investment shall be Rs. 20 to 25 Lacs.
