Good News For Farmer and Solar Power Plant Project Investors,

DHBVN has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) for set up Solar Power Plant up to 2 MW Capacity within a radius of 5 K.M from the below notified substations.

Key Parameters:

1. Land Required: 4 Acres per MW

2. Power Purchase Rate: The solar power generated by the plant shall be purchased by Haryana Power Purchase Centre (HPPC) at the pre-fixed tariff of Rs.3.11/kWh.

3. Power Purchase Period: 25 Years

4. Details of Fees, Earnest Money, and Schedule for submission of applications:
(i) E-Service Fees (Non – Refundable): Rs. 1180/-
(ii) EoI Processing Fees (Non –Refundable): Rs. 5000/- Per MW +18% Gst
(iii) EMD (In the form of BG): Rs. 1.00 Lakh Per MW
(iv) Last date & time for submission of EoI: 26th July 2022 (Up to1.00 P.M)

5. Who Can Apply?
Any Farmer/Group of Farmers/FPO /Cooperative Society/Panchayat, Which have their own land or on lease.
Applicant cannot apply for more than one location.

6. Documents Required:
(i) Certificate from Tehsil Dar for Land distance from Substation
(ii) Non-Encumbrance Certificate
(iii) Pan Card
(iv) Aadhar Card
(v) Registration Documents
(vi) Bank Guarantee

7. Solar power Plant Developer:
Developers may be A Private Limited Company/Partnership Firm/LLP/Proprietorship Firm.

Consortium having one lead members that have 51% shareholding can apply in this project.

Net Worth required: Rs. 1.00 Crore per MW.

(This shall not be applicable for farmers’ cooperative or panchayats or Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO) /Water User associations (WUA) or farmers setting up Plant in their own lands)

8. Allotment Basis:
Application has been considered on First come first Serve basis.

If Applications are received less than or equal to substation spare capacity then LoA shall be issued to all applicants else Bids shall be invited from all applicants.
