Haryana Warehousing & Logistics Policy was implemented in 2019.
Now, Govt. of Haryana has declared Haryana Warehousing & Logistic draft policy 2023 i.e. extended for next 5 years.

2. Development of Logistic Parks, warehousing facilities, Multi model transport hub boost the industry in Haryana.
3. In LEADS 2023 Report Haryana emerged as the “Achievers State”.

Logistics
Commercial activity of transportation, storage and distribution for any good and services.
A Logistic Park will be developed on a minimum area of 25 acres with a total investment of at least Rs. 25 Cr. at minimum by 2-lane paved road with min. approach road of 60 feet.

Fiscal Incentives
1. Capital Subsidy
A. Warehousing
Financial assistance @ 25% of the fixed capital investment subject to maximum of INR 5 Cr. for units setting up in C & D Category Blocks.
B. Logistics Park
Financial assistance @ 25% of the fixed capital investment up to a maximum of INR 15 Cr. for developing infrastructure in Logistic Parks for units setting up in C & D Category Blocks
2. Interest Subsidy
A. Warehousing
Financial assistance in the form of interest subvention @ 5% on loan taken to meet working capital requirement subject to a maximum of INR 10 lakhs per year for 3 years
B. Logistics Park
Financial assistance in the form of interest subvention @ 5% on loan taken to meet working capital requirement subject to a maximum of INR 20 lakhs per year for 3 years.
3. Other Fiscal Incentives
Now Logistics & Warehousing unit treated as Industry and such unit can avail (over and above the Haryana Warehouse Policy) the benefits being as MSME unit. Such as
Stamp Duty Refund, Electric Duty Exemptions, Employment Generation Subsidy and other benefits as applicable.
