For a One-year contract, NABHA Power Limited is seeking a steady supply of non-torrefied pellets made from agro residues. These pellets are crucial for NABHA Power’s operations, as they are a sustainable source of energy. The contract involves ensuring a consistent delivery of these pellets to meet NABHA Power’s needs over the specified period. It’s a significant opportunity for suppliers to contribute to NABHA Power’s renewable energy goals by providing reliable and eco-friendly pellet supplies derived from agricultural residues.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Financial Qualification requirement for bidders is set at a minimum of Rs 50 lakh. This means that any company or individual interested in bidding for a project or contract must demonstrate that they have at least Rs 50 lakh in financial resources.

- Last Date for Submission of Tender is 20 July 2024.

EMD exemption:
- Exemption from Submission of EMD is allowed to MSE bidder who is manufacturer of biomass pellets. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having UDYAM Registration, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit. Such registered bidders will have to submit UDYAM Registration Certificate only, as a proof of being MSE on GeM Portal. Other MSE certificate will not be considered as a proof of being MSE.
- In case of Traders/Future Pellet Manufacturers (Who does not have any Biomass pellets manufacturing unit) / Consortium, MSE benefits shall not be extended.
