- Ash Content: Low ash requirement of less than 10%.
- Size: Standardized at 90mm diameter and 150mm length.
Who Can Apply?
Manufacturing Capacity: Bidders must have a minimum production plant capacity of 30 MT per day.
Financial Health: The tenderer’s turnover must not be less than Rs. 75 lakhs per year in at least one of the last three years.
Experience: Manufacturers must have supplied at least 80% of the required quantity in any one of the last three years to qualify.
Authorized dealers have a lower threshold of 30%.
Supply Readiness: The winner must be capable of delivering approximately 100 MT per week.

Samples: Bidders must submit a 5 kg sample for technical evaluation before the due date.
