Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has issued a Open Tender for its Bargarh Bio-Refinery located at Village Baulsingha, District Bargarh, Odisha.
- The tender is for agro-residue based Biomass Pellets:
- Agro-residue based Biomass Pellets (3,000 MT):
- Pellets must have a diameter of no more than 16 mm.
- The length must not exceed 35 mm.

Key Contractual Terms
Suppliers should be aware of the following operational requirements:
- Contract Duration: The initial contract period is 120 days from the placement of the Order Letter of Acceptance (OLA), which can be extended for another 120 days if required.
Bidder Eligibility & Compliance
To participate, bidders must provide specific documentation:
- For Manufacturers: Must provide a self-certified copy of a Factory License, Pollution Control Board certificate, NSIC, or ISO certificate.
- For Authorized Dealers: Must submit authorization from the principal manufacturer stating they are the only representative for this specific tender.
- Compliance: All business partners must adhere to BPCL’s Social Media Policy.
- Verification: Successful bidders are required to submit TPIA (Third Party Inspection Agency) verified copies of documents within five days of notification.
