HARYANA GOVERNMENT SCHEME ON HARYANA PROGRESSIVE MSME & EXPORT PROMOTION POLICY, 2026

In Series of KIP: Business and Subsidy Update, today we are going to share with you benefit of “HARYANA PROGRESSIVE MSME & EXPORT PROMOTION POLICY, 2026”
Objectives:
The objective of this scheme is to accelerate industrial growth and job creation, to develop world class infrastructure and bring anchor units, to provide quality and affordable power to the industry, to accelerate growth of MSMEs, to focus on startup and entrepreneurship and to facilitate availability of skilled manpower for the industry.
Quantum of Assistance:
Interest Subvention on Export Credit
Eligible Enterprises
The incentive is available to eligible exporters that:
• Export eligible products from Haryana.
• Comply with all conditions prescribed under the policy.
• 1% extra for first-time exporters/ Women/ SC/ Divyang/ transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/Agniveer-owned manufacturing MSE exporters/ MSE exporters from identified export focus categories.
• In addition to the Government of India’s Interest Subvention for Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Export, credit under Export Promotion Mission
Financial Assistance
Under this incentive, eligible exporters are provided an interest subvention on export credit.

Interest Subvention | 3% per annum |
Maximum Assistance | ₹10.00 lakh per year for 3 years |
Eligible Credit | Pre-shipment and Post-shipment Export Credit For new and existing Micro and small enterprises |
Key Conditions
While availing this incentive, investors should carefully note the following conditions:
- The subsidy is available only to eligible manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises.
- The unit should satisfy all conditions prescribed under the policy.
- 4% extra incentive to Women/ SC/ Divyang/ Transgender/ Ex‑Servicemen/ Agniveer‑owned manufacturing MSEs/ Joint venture with a foreign investor.
- The unit availing incentive under this scheme will not be eligible to obtain incentive under any capital subsidy/ similar scheme of this policy or other policies of the State Government and vice versa for the same component.
Applicability:
The policy will be applicable for 5 years from 29.07.2026 and can be extended further by the State. The policy may be amended and modified in the course of implementation.
