Product quality is an important factor for meeting customer satisfaction. To ensure the quality of product, it must have gone under various types of quality tests. Moreover, to make the product globally competitive, it must be defect free with best quality. Here, emerges the need of testing equipment in the industry.
To support the industrial units installing testing equipment, Haryana government has introduced this subsidy scheme. The scheme provides benefit to MSME units of Haryana, which are installing testing equipments for upgrading the quality of their products and making them defect free.
Financial Assistance/Subsidy/Benefits Available to MSME Unit :
Financial assistance @ 50% of cost of testing equipment is available as subsidy but max. up to Rs. 20 Lakhs per year.
Eligibility for MSME Unit:
- All MSME units of Haryana, which have gone in commercial production on or after 01.01.2021, are eligible to avail benefit under the scheme.
- The unit should not fall in the restrictive list as notified by the State Government from time to time.
- The unit shall have Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
- The unit should have obtained NOC/CLU from competent Authority.
- The Testing Equipment should not be second hand and it should not be disposed off before 5 years from purchase date.
- The unit should be in commercial production.
- The unit should be in regular commercial production at the time of disbursement of subsidy also since subsidy shall not be available to closed unit.
Micro Enterprise
Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment does not exceed Rs. 1 Crore & turnover does not exceed Rs. 5 Crores.
Small Enterprise :
Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment does not exceed Rs. 10 Crores & turnover does not exceed Rs. 50 Crores.
Medium Enterprise :
Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment does not exceed Rs. 50 Crores & turnover does not exceed Rs. 250 Crores.
Applicability of Scheme for MSME Unit
The Scheme is applicable with effect from 01.01.2021 & shall remain in operation for a period of 05 years.
Time Limit for MSME Unit To Apply
Within 3 Months from the date of purchase of Testing Equipment.
