For Plinths Rs. 20000/-

The Upper limit of rate of bidding is as:
For Godown Rs. 30.00 Per MT Per Month
For Plinth Rs. 7 Per MT Per Month
You may quote the rate equal to or below of this. The above said rate is exclusive of GST. Enhancement of Rent @ 5% p.a will be allowed if period extended from one year. Further bill of Electricity and water shall be reimbursed as on actual basis.
- Basic Requirement of Godown/Plinths:
- The Godown/plinth must not be low-lying or in flood-prone area.
- Electricity and drinking water facility in the godown/plinth is must.
- Traffic accessibility to the godown/plinth (free from all hindrances) is must.
- Preference will be given to hiring of godowns/plinths, which will be near to the mandis/purchase centers and having truck/lorry weighbridge installed in the premises.
